The single most common controller fault — stick drift — is caused by carbon-resistive trace wear inside the analog module. Every time you push the stick, a tiny carbon brush wipes a printed-resistor surface; after a few hundred hours of intense play, the surface degrades and the stick reads phantom input. Spray-cleaning won't fix this — the carbon trace is gone. The only proper fix is to replace the analog module entirely. Most shops just spray contact cleaner, charge ₹300, and the drift is back in two weeks.
We replace the module with a genuine new unit, hot-air-desolder the old one, micro-solder the new one in, recalibrate. ₹600–1,200 depending on controller, lasts as long as a new controller would. Same applies for charging ports, broken bumpers, and analog buttons.
